What is the list

The list is used for your Adsense Competitive Ad Filter. Here, you can add domains that you wish not to promote anymore. You basically are blocking these domains from serving ads on your site. Although there is a 200 limit, I believe that Google will eventually determine a way for publishers to add more than this limit.
